Harmony Trust Development Team

As part of The Harmony Trust, Spotland Academy benefits from the work undertaken by the Trust's Development Team.  Academy leaders and staff work with the Development Team to deliver on the Trust's 'Great Place 2 Learn' strategy.  This can involve training, both bespoke and Trust-wide, as well as help and guidance in the implementation of Trust-wide initiatives such as the HTML, 1-2-1 digital devices scheme and ensures teachers can teach, children can learn and parents can support so that every member of the community is able to meet their potential.
